G-Structure is now legally incorporated in Ecuador

What began as a clear idea, applying cognitive-behavioral principles to execution, productivity, and professional performance, is now taking an important step in its maturity process.

G-Structure now has a formal legal structure in Ecuador: SUCOSTRUCT S.A.S. B.I.C. This is not a brand change. G-Structure remains our commercial name, our public identity, and the space from which we continue building our methodology, our validation programs, and our main product: G-Frame.

SUCOSTRUCT S.A.S. B.I.C. is the legal name that allows us to operate with greater clarity, organize what we are building, and prepare the company for stronger commercial, institutional, and strategic conversations.

The essence remains the same: helping professionals, founders, and teams identify the patterns that block action, reframe them with method, and convert them into concrete execution. What changes is the legal base from which we operate.

This structure helps us organize operations, open corporate conversations with more solidity, prepare the development of G-Frame as a digital platform, and build commercial, institutional, and strategic relationships from an appropriate legal figure.

G-Frame remains a central priority. This incorporation gives us a stronger base to keep working on its development, validation, and scaling. We are not only talking about an app. We are building a tool to help people process mental friction, understand their execution patterns, and turn clarity into action.

The B.I.C. designation, Benefit and Collective Interest, matters too. We do not want to build a company that talks about performance while ignoring the human impact of work. Our approach seeks to improve how people and teams execute without romanticizing pressure, overextension, or burnout.
